Volunteers Wanted!
Do you live in the Walker area and have some spare time on your hands?
Would you like to help your local Community Centre?
To become a volunteer you don’t need any previous experience just a willingness to learn and help others in your local community.
Relevant training will be provided.

Training opportunities
Our Volunteers are offered a range of training, both In-house and through external providers; Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Equality & Diversity, Safegaurding children & vunerable adults, First Aid, Defibrillator Training.

Volunteer Celebration Events
We Value and appreciate all of our volunteers at Pottery Bank Community Centre, and demonstrate this through celebration events throughout the year, including meals together and trips out.

A great way to meet new people
We always have plenty going in and around the allotment and community gardens and we are always looking for volunteers to lend us a helping hand, Whatever the weather! So, If gardening, nature and working outdoors is your thing, then you are in the right place.
